How the medicine actually works.
Every client completes a medical intake that's reviewed by a licensed prescribing clinician. No prescriptions are written without an individual provider evaluation. We do not auto-approve orders or use algorithms to replace clinician judgment. Medical decisions — prescribing, dosing, contraindication review, ongoing monitoring — are made solely by the prescribing provider.
Compounded medications referenced on this site are not FDA-approved. FDA approval applies only to mass-produced commercial drug products, not to individualized compounded formulations prepared by state-licensed 503A pharmacies. The safety comes from clinician oversight and pharmacy quality.
All clinical data is handled in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Rule requirements through our patient portal.
